TK Supervisions

Timekeeper Supervisors - Expectations

Supervisions are conducted to help timekeepers identify their strengths and to help with areas that need improvement. Supervisors help timekeepers improve their performance and knowledge so they can in turn help others and take on more challenging levels.

Supervisions are done on an individual basis. Regular timekeepers can expect to be supervised four times in the season—two supervisions before Christmas and the other two supervisions during the remainder of the season.

Supervisors are expected to attend a Supervision Clinic where the guidelines and supervision forms will be discussed. The clinic will ensure the same grading scheme will be used for each supervised timekeeper.
